Quantity : 50,000 MT per month (for 12 months contract)
Payment Term : as per Seller term
Price Term : CIF
Port of Destination : Ningbo Port, China
Target Price : +/-USD98/MT (included USD1/MT commission for buyer side and mandate)
LOI already in my hand to be passed to Miner who could accept Buyer’s term and condition as above.

Thank you for your response. I am understand with your policy, and also my client want direct to deal with seller. After I pass the LOI to the seller, they can negotiate directly to buyer side as the information about buyer stated on LOI.
Just to find the seller who can accept with my client initial term and condition after that dealing is between buyer and seller.
